After this renewal, the simple possession of child-porn will become illegal, and the persons who own those product can be a criminal. The exact penalty on the possession is now under discussion, and LDP is also now considering to include the electric media in the subject of this law.

For the people who own those materials, this news must be a shock. It must be almost impossible that the police investigate the every single file in your computers, but just in case, if you are living in Japan and own such a kind of product, you'd better delete the files, as soon as possible.

However, that's all, at this point. Fortunately, it looks the reality was more moderate than I'd bragged. LDP prolonged the argument on the banning of anime-porn or manga-porn until the next time, and of course, the child-like voices used in a porn anime are not concerned with this renewal.
